Gobel Brioche Mold - 2 Cup

This mold bakes perfect cakes and breads that are golden on the exterior and light and tender on the interior.  It conducts heat evenly for fast and uniform baking and beautiful browning.  The reinforced beaded rim delivers many years of baking without pan warpage.  Use it for brioche, sponge cakes, breads, mousses, jellies, meat, seafood, or vegetable dishes.
