Chef Michelle Pellegri leads one of The Cook’s Warehouse’s most beloved holiday traditions, a hands-on workshop where you build and decorate your very own gingerbread house, from the first wall to the last gumdrop.

Every student starts with a pre-baked gingerbread house, so you can skip straight to the fun part. Chef Michelle will share her secrets for assembling a sturdy house that stays standing, piping icing like a pro, and designing a showpiece with plenty of personality. Whether you’re going for a classic candy-cane cottage or a sparkling winter wonderland, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to make gingerbread a tradition at home.
