Fantes Uncle Giuseppe’s 10" Pizza Peel

With this pizza peel, you can safely transport pizza, flatbread, and artisan breads from hot ovens, countertop ovens, and grills.  A long handle keeps your hands away from heat whil the beveled edge slides under pizza dough and other food to safely transport in and out of a hot oven or grill.  Its size works well with countertop ovens.  Just sprinkle the paddle’s surface with corneal or flour to prevent the dough sticking, slide the beveled edge under the prepared pizza, then slide pizza into the hot oven or grill.  After cooking, slide the paddle back under the pizza and carefully remove from the oven.  Wipe clean with dry cloth or rinse with water and air dry thoroughly.
