Olivewood Risotto Spoon

A risotto spoon features a large center hole which stirs and aerates rice for perfect risotto with fewer broken rice kernels.  Fantes Cousin Gia’s risotto spoon is made of beautiful Italian olivewood which is strong, durable, nonporous, non-absorbent, and will not stain.  Its tapered edge and pointed tip keeps rice from sticking and burning as you stir while the rice is gently passing through the hole for a creamy- non-starchy consistency.

Olivewood patterns vary from piece to piece and it is safe for non-stick and enameled cookware.
