Mrs. Anderson’s Snowflake Design Rolling Pin - 8”

This specialty baking tool is designed to imprint decorative snowflake patterns into dough and fondant to create beautifully embossed cookies and baked goods.  Made of solid European beechwood and with a laser-etched design, it embosses dough with consistent, repeatable detail.  The pattern transfers cleanly into chilled shortbread dough, sugar cookie dough, gingerbread dough, and fondant.  Just roll chilled dough flat with a traditional rolling pin, then emboss with the patterned barrel for clear decorative results.
